CUPE Local 2192 is currently negotiating a new collective agreement with YouthLink. Our Bargaining Team has completed five days of bargaining, with the most recent meeting taking place on August 6, 2026.
Discussions have remained cordial, and the parties have reached agreement on several items. The union has also presented its monetary proposals, which reflect the priorities identified by our members.
Our Bargaining Team remains committed to negotiating a fair collective agreement that recognizes the important work our members perform in supporting youth and families. We will continue advocating for fair wages, improved working conditions, and strong protections for all members.
Our next confirmed bargaining dates are September 15 and 24. Further updates will be shared as bargaining progresses.
